Worldwide Express Shipping
We ship all orders worldwide via insured express delivery (DHL or equivalent), door to door.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to most destinations.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order & bespoke pieces: 10–21 business days, depending on design and materials.
Each piece is handcrafted in our Tzuki Yam studio, and we appreciate your patience — it’s worth the wait.
Rush Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at atmanboheme@gmail.com with the subject line “RUSH ORDER”, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Signature & Insurance
All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
If you choose to waive this requirement and request that the courier leave the parcel unattended, insurance coverage will be void, and Atman will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customs & Duty Charges
Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to include relevant local VAT where possible, and shipments are handled through trusted carriers such as DHL Express, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

We want you to love your Atman piece.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless defective.
All return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Procedure
Contact our Client Service at atmanboheme@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Pack the item securely and mark the parcel as “Return to Origin”.

Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
