Each Atman piece is handmade to order with great care, and we want you to feel completely connected to it.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option for return or exchange under the following terms:

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition — including packaging and documentation.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within up to 14 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

An exchange can be made within 5 days of delivery, for another item or store credit.

Please note that returned jewelry must be in perfect condition and shipped securely in its original box.

Custom & Sale Items

  Bespoke or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  Sale items with a discount of 10% or more are considered final sale. They may be exchanged, but not refunded.
  

Shipping & Charges

All return or exchange shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of exchange, shipping for the replacement item will be charged separately.
